• Well-established manufacturing, distribution or service companies with consistent annual profits of $500,000 to $5,000,000
• Located in the lower Midwest (Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado or New Mexico)
• Established and tenured management team willing to remain
