Our Team

DL Perkins Capital is owned and managed by David L. Perkins, Jr.  He is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the State of Oklahoma Department of Securities.

Perkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (psychology) from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration degree (accounting concentration) from the University of Notre Dame. He has completed post-graduate coursework in business valuation and business brokerage through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He completed the Mergers and Acquisitions executive education course at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and he currently serves as Managing Director of Acquisition Advisors. His early career included commercial real estate brokerage, commercial banking, and a brief stint as the senior financial officer for a software company.
